Getting To Know Your Family

This is the final step in our application process and an opportunity to ask any outstanding questions you may have. Once all requirements have been completed, our Enrollment Management Team will be in touch to schedule your Family Meeting via Zoom.  

You'll hear from us soon

Families will receive their notifications within 10 business days of the completion of their application. Those applicants who receive an offer of acceptance have a maximum of 10 business days to complete the enrollment process for their desired school year.

It's Music Time!

Once you submit your admissions application form and the required documents, our Enrollment Management Team will be in touch to schedule a Music Playgroup session for your child. This is a 20-30 minute opportunity for one parent/caregiver to bring your child to campus to join our incredible music teacher for an interactive music class.

Preschool admission is on a rolling basis, pending space availability and eligibility.

Applicants will receive their notifications within 10 business days from the completion of their application. Those applicants who receive an offer of acceptance have a maximum of 10 business days to complete the enrollment process for their desired school year - which includes payment of Enrollment Fee, New Student Fee, and prorated tuition, when applicable, as well as submission of the signed Enrollment Contract.

Attend a Playgroup

The Playgroup is a 30 minute opportunity for one parent/guardian to bring their child to campus and participate in an interactive group class. Students will have an opportunity to work with a teacher to cover some literacy, numeracy, phonics and more.

Assessing the Applicant

Once you submit your admissions application form and the required documents, our Enrollment Management Team will be in touch to schedule your child's on-campus Shadow Visit. This is an opportunity for your child to spend part of the day on campus with peers, participating in a range of class experiences, both academic and social.

EARLY ADMISSIONS CYCLE: Families who apply by November 20, 2026 will receive admissions notifications on December 4, 2026. Families who receive an offer of acceptance will have until December 11, 2026 to complete the enrollment process for the 2027-2028 school year. In order to complete enrollment, families must submit payment of the Enrollment Fee and New Student Fee, as well as sign and submit the Enrollment Contract.

REGULAR ADMISSIONS CYCLE: Families who apply by February 12, 2027 will receive admissions notifications on March 1, 2027. Families who receive an offer of acceptance will have until March 8, 2027 to complete the enrollment process for the 2027-2028 school year. In order to complete enrollment, families must submit payment of the Enrollment Fee and New Student Fee, as well as sign and submit the Enrollment Contract.

ROLLING ADMISSIONS CYCLE: Families who apply after our deadline of February 12, 2027 will receive admissions notifications within 10 business days from the completion of their application. Those applicants who receive an offer of acceptance have a maximum of 10 business days to complete the enrollment process for the 2027-2028 school year. In order to complete enrollment, families must submit payment of the Enrollment Fee and New Student Fee, and prorated tuition when applicable, as well as sign and submit the Enrollment Contract.
