In this page you will find information and guidelines to complete your application. Please note that the application process varies according to age group. Below we have detailed the steps and requirements for each age group and program.

2026-2027 Applicants
Baby Nido through Pre-K4
Rolling Applicants
Preschool admission is on a rolling basis, pending space availability and eligibility.
Applicants will receive their notifications within 10 business days from the completion of their application. Those applicants who receive an offer of acceptance have a maximum of 10 business days to complete the enrollment process for the 2026-2027 school year - which includes payment of Registration Fee, New Student Fee, and prorated tuition, when applicable, as well as submission of the signed Enrollment Contract.
Kindergarten through 5th Grade:
Early Admissions
Applications submitted by November 14, 2025 will be considered in our Early Admissions Cycle.
Those applicants who receive an offer of acceptance have a maximum of 10 business days to complete the enrollment process for the 2026-2027 school year - which includes payment of Enrollment Fee, New Student Fee, as well as submission of the signed Enrollment Contract.

Regular Admissions
Applications submitted by February 13, 2026 will be considered in our Regular Admissions Cycle. Admissions notifications are sent out via email on February 27, 2026. Commitments are due back by March 13, 2026.

Elementary Rolling Admissions
Rolling admissions for elementary applicants is in effect after February 13, 2026. These applicants will be considered for admission pending space availability.

Kindergarten through 5th Grade
Applications submitted after our deadline of February 13, 2026 for Fall 2026 will be considered in our Rolling Admissions Cycle. Admission will be on a rolling basis, pending space availability and eligibility.

Applications for these programs are accepted year-round on a rolling basis and are subject to space availability.
Age Eligibility:
Student placement in a program/grade is determined by eligibility and the child’s age on September 1st* of their enrollment year.
Preschool:

Wait Pool
If no space is available at the time of inquiry, eligible applicants who are accepted into our program may be placed in our Wait Pool. This Wait Pool pertains exclusively to the school year that the applicant applied to, not to future years.
A Wait Pool differs from a Wait List. With a Wait Pool there is no predefined order when it comes to if/when a student will be offered a seat. If a space opens up, the students on the Wait Pool are reviewed to determine who is offered the spot based on a range of factors.
